1. About KnackPath Editorial

KnackPath Editorial is a brand operated by Weslei de Souza Santos, registered in Brazil under CNPJ 57.690.483/0001-10, in Votuporanga, São Paulo, Brazil.

KnackPath Editorial publishes five distinct editorial properties under its umbrella: The Witness Mark, Markets Undone, The Unfiled, Plain Years, and After Arrival. Each operates under a declared collective pseudonym and a defined editorial policy.

2. Editorial scope — not professional advice

KnackPath Editorial publishes educational and informational documentary content. Nothing on this site or in our videos constitutes:

Our editorial pseudonyms — Daniel Whittaker, Edward Mansfield, Marcus Holloway, Henry Ashford, Carlos Vega — are collective editorial voices and are explicitly NOT licensed professionals. Full disclosure on each host page.

3. Use of our content

All written, audio, and video content published by KnackPath Editorial is copyrighted © 2026 Weslei de Souza Santos, except where third-party works are reproduced under fair use, fair dealing, or applicable licenses.

You may:

• Watch, share, embed, and discuss our YouTube videos under YouTube's own terms
• Quote short excerpts for criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching, or research (fair use)
• Link to knackpath.com or any of our publications

You may NOT:

• Re-upload our videos to other platforms without written permission
• Use our content for commercial purposes without a license
• Train AI models on our content without explicit license (we reserve all rights for AI training)
• Misrepresent our content (deepfakes, deceptive edits, false attribution)

4. Third-party content and fair use

Our documentaries incorporate court records, public domain images, government documents, news footage, and other third-party material under fair use (17 U.S.C. § 107), fair dealing, and the corresponding Brazilian copyright exceptions (Lei 9.610/98, Art. 46).

Used for: criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, research. We attribute sources whenever possible and respond promptly to legitimate takedown requests (see DMCA policy).

5. Sponsorships and disclosure

When a video includes sponsored content, it is disclosed in the first 30 seconds of narration AND in the video description, in compliance with FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) and CONAR Brazilian advertising standards.

We do not accept sponsorships from: predatory financial products, supplement vendors making unsupported clinical claims, gambling platforms targeting our demographics, or political/ideological campaigns. See our full editorial policy.

6. Corrections

If you believe we published an error, contact corrections@knackpath.com. We log every correction request and respond within 5 business days. Material corrections are noted in pinned comments on the affected video and on this site when applicable.

7. Limitation of liability

Our content is provided "as is" for informational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KnackPath Editorial, Weslei de Souza Santos, and any affiliated contributors are not liable for any decision made by a viewer or reader based on our content. Always consult licensed professionals for personal decisions.

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute shall be resolved by the courts of Comarca de Votuporanga, São Paulo, Brazil, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
