Marcus Holloway is the editorial pseudonym used by The Unfiled — a publication of KnackPath Editorial — for content on cold cases and white-collar crime.

It is a collective name representing writers, fact-checkers, and editorial reviewers working under the coordination of KnackPath Editorial, a brand operated by Weslei de Souza Santos (Brazilian CNPJ 57.690.483/0001-10).

Why a collective pseudonym?

Because criminal documentary requires:

Multiple eyes on every claim (writer + legal reviewer + sensitivity reviewer)
Forensic accuracy (court records reading every draft)
Continuity of voice across years of coverage

We'd rather be honest about that than fake a single expert behind every piece. Marcus Holloway is the voice — KnackPath Editorial is the system behind it.

What "Unfiled" means

Some cases the system processes. Others get archived. And some never make it to a file at all — vítims forgotten, white-collar criminals who escaped indictment, court records that nobody asked for.

The Unfiled is the channel for cases the system forgot. Cold cases that never trended. White-collar crime that settled quietly. Investigations that ran out of budget before they ran out of evidence.

The Unfiled does NOT cover:

Cases involving minors (victims or suspects)
Cases with pending judgment (sub judice)
Cases with living victims less than 5 years post-event
Cases where the family publicly requested no coverage
Content that glorifies violence (focus is on victim and system failure, never killer profile)
